No need to go through the traditional lengthy application process or run the risk of hiring someone who looks great on paper but doesn’t quite suit the role. With QuikShift, you can contact candidates directly using our in-built chat feature. Speaking in real time allows you to better assess whether they are a good match for your company and address any queries either party may have.

Once you’ve selected a suitable candidate, you’ll be directed to our payment options page. QuikShift’s pricing structure is completely transparent and flexible. We offer two available packages to accommodate for businesses who require a one-off solution and those who require ongoing temporary employment assistance:

  • One-off solution: Per job, employers will be charged $9.00 for 1 candidate selection and $5.00 for each candidate thereafter for the same job
  • Ongoing solution: Employers will be charged $19.00 per month for a monthly subscription, allowing an unlimited number of jobs and candidates to be selected.

4. Job Complete!

Once the shift is complete, you are responsible for paying the employee as per the prearranged payment method (cash, bank transfer or PayPal). We then encourage both parties to rate and review the experience!
